CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 20% cancellation fee for all no shows or cancellations not before 48 hours of any service appointments. Due to the lengthy amount of time for booking some appointments, they are extremely hard to fill last minute. If notification is not received within 48 hours, your deposit will not be returned if applicable and a new deposit is required to book. The card on file will be charged the 20% fee of service at that time. If you are having a legitimate emergency within the 48 hour window, please shoot me a message to get your appointment sorted out and avoid the fee in a timely manner. Clients more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be requested to cancel and reschedule to another date depending on the day’s current schedule. Please notify as soon as possible if you might be late and I will always see what I can do to accommodate. We do not do refunds. Any complaints or concerns should be addressed within 7 days of appointment time and will be fixed free of charge if service was not tampered with at home by client.
